This year has been named as the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development by the United Nations and to celebrate, Authenticitys presented its Annual Summit, in the second edition of the only event that focuses on tourism, sustainable fashion and educational experiences with social impact in the big cities.
The newspaper El País has launched a report about the B Corp system, the business movement that prioritizes social and environmental impact over economic benefit. We, from Authenticitys, are very proud to say that we have the B Corp certificate since August of last year. We believe in being part of a movement with one common goal: to change and redefine business to be a force for good.
On 25th of February, Authenticitys participated on the Doing Good Doing Well Conference in Barcelona, organized by IESE Business School. We talked about Managing Resources - The sharing economy in a shared panel with Jaime Rodríguez from BlaBlaCar, Bernardo Reiner from WallaPop, Oriol Segarra from Tradebe and Joan Fontrodona.

Through the organized workshops focused on travel, education and fashion, we will share experiences and engage in dialogue with our special speakers from Pandorahub, a movement working to revive rural or abandoned villages; A2hd an inclusive and sustainable tourism company , Ship2B a social impact accelerator for entrepreneurs and investors; Acumen a non-profit that raises charitable donations to invest in companies, leaders, and ideas that are changing the way the world tackles poverty and; Sofehub a training and incubation platform for existing and future sustainable and ethical fashion entrepreneurs in Europe.
