This walk is done be the founder of Authenticitys and creator of transformational travel experiences in Barcelona and the author of a best-selling book called ¨Silencio: 10 unlikely places of silent energy and peace.¨ She's a meditation practitioner and holistic trainer, she's a big fan of silence and mindfullness walking, and Barcelona is a great place for that!
Silence is an invitation for you to seek out your own places to tune into the restorative chords of silence. To enjoy being. Silence is such a great gift not because of what it is, but because of what it lets you become. I love exploring this side of myself in the city!

City life is chaotic, noisy and crowded, that’s why it’s so lively. Yet there are moments where we can appreciate sound more when we have silent chords. Walking in silence becomes a meditation in its own. It allows us to see parts of the city we haven’t seen before and parts of ourselves.

Taking time for silence restores the nervous system, helps sustain energy, and conditions our minds to be more adaptive and responsive to the complex environments in which so many of us now live, work, and lead.

Ever felt more tired after a holiday than you did at the beginning of it? That's because people rarely take time for reflection and meditation when they travel. With all the sights you'll see, food you'll eat, people you talk to. This experience is a proposal to take a silent walk and a group meditation in one of the most breathtaking parts of the city.

You'll be walking uphill, although it will not be at a fast pace, it's still a moderate hike. So come prepared to walk and bring the appropriate gear for it.
Consider this activity a meditation, morning restorative session. In this mindful walk, we'll have moments in silence to appreciate a side of Barcelona that's so unique and not everybody get to enjoy. We'll be walking in a mindful meditation pace, observing our senses as we enjoy nature within the city. Once we reach the top of our mountain, we'll have a group meditation and sharing space, before we descend. I will also point out some amazing places where you can have breakfast right after.
