Your local guide, who happens to be an expert in Medellin’s local history and culture will take you on a journey through the city where you will reach San Javier or Comuna 13 as its locally referred to. This used to be one of the most dangerous areas in the city and it has lived through one of the most amazing transformations. It is one of the ‘must see’ places in Medellín. You’ll be able to meet a local graffiti artist who will tell you and show you how this neighbourhood experienced a really hard time and how graffiti and urban art has created such a positive impact, it has helped a young generation find new ways to survive and better yet to live a more promising life!
